A licensed barber with over 20 years of experience, independent stylist and brand consultant, Greg currently works and resides in Washington, D.C. His journey with American Crew® began in 1999 when he joined Team Crew and started teaching throughout the Philly area. He joined the American Crew All-Star team in 2001 and has represented the team at tradeshows, photo shoots and educational events. Greg has styled for the Duckie Brown show at New York Fashion Week, helped develop new education programs and served as a key mentor in the training process for Team Crew educators. In 2007, he received the acclaimed title of ‘All-Star of the Year.’ He also works as an educator and serves as a lead instructor at the American Crew MENSWORK™ Academy.
With over 15 years of experience under his belt, Dennis has worked in high volume salons, full service salons and as an independent stylist. American Crew’s MENSWORK™ Method has provided Dennis with a foundation for men’s cuts and has made him a better hairdresser overall. He always dreamed of becoming an educator and joined Team Crew in 2013. His first year on the team, he was named "Team Crew Educator of the Year"–a recognition Dennis considers his greatest career accomplishment.
Matthew draws inspiration from other stylists and recognizes American Crew® as a leader in men’s grooming. He strives to stay on the cutting edge, and he is a fan of both classic shapes and bold styles. Matthew joined Team Crew in October of 2014. He’s been with Art + Science Salon for five years and is drawn to the MENSWORK™ Method and approach to cuts. He encountered American Crew for the first time after joining Art + Science Salon as an apprentice. Matthew attended Aveda Beauty School near his hometown in Detroit, MI.
Nikki is a true master of her craft and draws inspiration from old-school barbering techniques. Becoming a member of Team Crew in 2014, she currently oversees the shaving department and new employee training initiatives in her role as Assistant Director of Shaving at Groom for Men. Nikki takes pride in her ability to create different looks, ranging from avant-garde to classic. She values straight-razor shaving as a truly relaxing and exclusive experience for clients. Nikki attended the MENSWORK™ Academy in Denver in 2009. Under the guidance of American Crew® Technical Director Theri DeJoode and International All-Stars Erica Grabczyk and Patti Davenport, she began working at Groom for Men in Milwaukee, WI in 2005.
Kenny is currently the Lead Educator for Andis®. He is also a nationally known barber, stylist, educator and co-owner of a 12-chair salon, Main Attraction Unisex Salon, based in Philadelphia. As the barber for several Grammy award-winning artists, he has toured the world for Lady Gaga’s production team. Kenny's styling work has also appeared in films such as "Fantastic Four" and "Creed" starring Michael B. Jordan.

She’s been a NAHA Finalist for ‘Fashion Forward’ and her original hair designs inspire professionals while translating easily to the salon. He joined forces with American Haircuts/Metro Men's Grooming where he gained the title of Director of Education. Geno and his work have been featured in Modern, American, Salon Today, Nails, Nailpro, Dayspa, Launchpad, and almost every salon and spa trade magazine. Geno has owned, managed and worked “behind the chair” in his collection of salons. He has owned two beauty academies, where he also instructed. As an industry expert and speaker, Geno has educated industry artists and sales people all over the world. In 2009, Geno was inducted into the North American Hairstyling Awards Hall of Leaders.
Carlos is a leading Johnny B. educator and platform artist, traveling across the nation to share his passion for hair. Based in central Florida, Carlos has a unique blend of technical skills and creativity with an urban edge, which he brings to each of his classes. He presents his own modern take on classic clipper cutting techniques. Carlos is also an engaging educator dedicated to helping barbers and stylists perfect their barbering techniques while developing their own styles. Jamie recently moved back to Ohio to be closer to her family and raise her son. He is also a studio educator and regularly works on creating trend collections and formats. Jason began his career on the East Coast of the U.S. and earned both a barber and cosmetology license and through apprenticeship. “I consider myself an artist foremost and a businessman second. I have fine art training from the Maryland Institute College of Art and extensive hair training,” says Jason.

He worked with one major manufacturer for over 30 years while owning six salons, a beauty supply and a training center. Joe co-authored “Passionate Salon Professionals” with Dr. Lew Losoncy. He was also a contributing writer to “On Becoming A Psy-Cosmetologist”, Dr. Lew’s bestseller. His greatest technical discovery is the use of bond-multiplying chemistry with lighteners and color services. Among Joe’s many clients are Olaplex® and Obliphica Professional®.
